Nothing like a magnum afer a hard day's ride.
apart from maybe a cold beer and dinner with two dads.

We pitched our tents, forced ourselves to eat a Magnum, had a quick look around at the creek and the weir and then headed into town to get supplies and dinner.

We rode through town and noticed a cafe that looked like it would satisfy us for tea. We headed up a fairly steep hill, lookng for the supermarket. We found the building with a note saying that it had relocated back down at the bottom of the hill.

Somewhat disgruntled we headed back down the hill and out along the river for about a mile where we found a Lidl up a side street.

We finished our shopping and headed back, we had just turned out onto the main road when a mad froggy tried to run me off the road gesticulating wildy.

Hopping mad I stormed back to the car but just as I approched the car something about the driver seemed vaguely familiar and I realised that it was Christian, Wendy's host father.

He had been following our travels on facebook and when he saw that we were only 50kms from his place he decided to head over and surprise us.
He certainly did
