Into this beautiful day the intrepid party sally forth.
Nick, Kim and John are to travel with us on the first leg of our journey to Budapest. We will say goodbye to them in Ulm in a week.
As John requires regular release from his rolling cage we are required to stop every few hours. John can then go berserk for twenty minutes whilst we are forced to sample the local pastry shops.

Unknown to us at the time of planning our trip , today is a public holiday here and it seems everybody has the idea to ride out to Stein am Rhein for lunch.
