From the camping area in Berchtesgaden we rode up the trail by the river to Konigssee We got there really early as we wanted to be on the chairlift first thing, it was very cold.

Consequently we were at the Chairlift when they opened the doors and on top of the mountain at 9am. It was as clear as a bell and the views were stupendous.

By midday we were back at the camping ground, packed and ready to head Back to Salzburg
