This is our apartment on the Ringstrasse, behind the double arched doors in the centre of the photograph. Next door is the "Walkabout" aussie bar just to make is feel more at home,

Behind the large wooden doors was a vestibule leading to the central courtyard and the wide stone staircase.

Our front door was opposite the large bust on a landing. Inside the our front door there was a staircase up to our first floor flat.
